Of course, what we are going to say about the fruit is connected only with those fresh ones, because eating stale fruits, including stale pineapples, can have even harmful effects. First of all, pineapple smoothie will be an ideal dessert for those people, who would like to loose on weight.

Now, you are probably thinking that we’re crazy by saying that, because pineapple is sweet and it will rather make you put on weight. You’re mistaken – pineapple is full of fiber, which (after drinking some water) makes the impression that we’re full. Moreover, pineapple takes part in proteins’ degrading so it is even suggested by specialists to eat pineapple after meals.

  • Pineapple
  • Coconut milk
  • Ice cubes

You will need to buy pineapple, of course, but in order to prepare a tasty pineapple smoothie you will need several products more.

Those will be: milk and coconut milk. As you can see, the shopping list is not very long, but it would also be good if you have some ice cubes. If you don’t have, just make them quickly by freezing water in special box.

  1. What you have to do is put several parts of pineapple into the jug. Then, pour the cold milk and coconut milk and add several ice cubes.
