Learn how to prepare antipasto pizza by following this simple recipe.
1 220 g Long Life pizza base
1 tb Sundried tomato paste
1 tb Fresh basil; finely chopped
75 g Pecorino Romano cheese; grated (3oz)
1 290 g jar antipasta
1Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7.
2Spread the pizza base with the sundried tomato paste.
3Sprinkle over the chopped basil and the grated cheese.
4Pile on the antipasta.
5Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts, serve hot.
