Easy and delicious bacon pizza. Refrigerated pizza crust topped with garlic mayonnaise, bacon, onion, tomatoes, and Swiss cheese.
6 Slices Bacon
1/3 Cup Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1/3 Cup White Onion (Chopped)
4 Plum Tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil (chopped)
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 Clove Garlic (Crushed)
1 Package Refrigerated Pizza Crust (10 ounce)
3/4 Cup Swiss Cheese (shredded)
1Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
2In a large skillet over medium heat place the bacon.
3Fry it until crisp.
4Drain it on paper towels.
5Crumble it into a medium-size mixing bowl.
6Mix in the bell pepper, tomatoes, and basil.
7In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and fresh garlic.
8Roll the pizza crust into a 12x15 inch rectangular baking sheet.
9Evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture over the crust.
10Sprinkle the bacon mixture over the mayonnaise, and top the entire pizza with cheese.
11Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until the top is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
12Cool and cut the pizza into 24 squares.
