Easy-to-follow recipe for boboli pizza crust.

Add to favorites:


1 pk. Dry Yeast

1/4 c. Water

2 1/4 c. Warm water

6 tbsp. Olive oil, extra for pans

6 c. Flour

1 tsp. Salt


1In warm water, dissolve yeast and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Add water, olive oil, flour and salt; mix well. Turn onto board and knead the dough for 10 minutes.

2Transfer to a bowl, cover with a damp and let rise for 30-40 minutes.

3Divide the dough to 3 parts and place in 3 olive pie pans (oiled).

4With fingers, dimple the dough. Let rise for 50-60 minutes.

5Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. May dip in olive oil.

6Top with desired topping. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. You can dip in olive oil.
