A very simple recipe which will guide you through preparing brunch casserole.

Add to favorites:


2 lbs potatoes scrubbed and peeled

1 onion chopped

1 lb breakfast meat, chopped ham, or sausage cooked and crumbled, or smoked sausage sliced

2 C shredded cheese

12 eggs

1 C milk

1/2 t salt

1/8 t pepper


1Layer 1/3 of potatoes, onion, meat and cheese 3 times.

2Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over the top.

3Cook on low for 8 hours (overnight works great).
