There are so many delicious fruits and veggies you can turn into crisps. Don’t be scared to experiment!

Yields: Serves 2
Ingredients
1 savoy cabbage head
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. linseed/flax seed
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.
Wash the cabbage leaves and cut into small pieces.
Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with the coconut oil, pepper and linseed.
Bake for 20 minutes (until nice and crispy) then serve.
