10 oz. carrot
1 tablespoons ghee
3 cups milk
3 oz. sugar
3 oz. mawa
A few kajus
A little cardamom powder
1After grating the carrots, take 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and roast the grated carrots for a few minutes. Add milk and cook for some time.
2When the milk evaporates add sugar, kajus. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee. When the ghee separates remove it from the flame and add cardamom powder.
3When the water is evaporated from the sugar add mawa to it and mix well. (1 cup of milk may be added instead of mawa)
