Great recipe for Methi Chicken. Learn how to prepare it the easy and fast way. On top, it's a very delicious meal.

Wash and cut the chicken into medium sized pieces.
Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan, add the bay leaf and sauté for nearly 10 seconds. Then add chopped onions and cook until soft,
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and chili powder. Sauté for a minute.
Add chicken pieces, beaten curd, and fry for some time on high heat then add kasoori methi, garam masala powder, salt and water.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat until tender.
Serve hot with rice.
