This healthy and delicious chicken tikka kebab recipe has the perfect blend of spices and flavours, which is sure to leave your taste buds satisfied and your body nourished. Simple yet effective!

4 chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
6 tbsp. natural yoghurt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp.chili flakes
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1Add all the ingredients (except for the chicken) to a bowl and mix well.
2Chop the chicken breasts into small chunks.
3Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mixture and leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
4Place the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill until the chicken is cooked (approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally).
5Serve with chopped red onion and tomatoes!
