This is a recipe of very nutritious and delecious Chinese chicken soup. Hope you will love it.
Chicken: 1/2 lb (250 gram)
Onion: 1 (green)
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
Water: 4 cups
1In a bowl, add a bit of salt, pepper to eggs and beat (mix) them with a fork.
2Chop onion and mushrooms into slices.
3Put chicken and a pinch of salt in boiling water and cook it for 10 minutes or until done.
4After the chicken is done, take him out the chicken and let it be cool down for some time.
5Shred the boiled chicken.
6Now put shredded chicken, mushrooms and green onion back into broth and let them boil for some time.
7Add beaten eggs (stir broth constantly) and soy sauce and heat them for some time.
