These little fudgy chocolate brownies are moist, rich and creamy. Very easy to make and pleasure to eat. Taking these with a cup of coffee in the morning makes my day.
2 cups All-purpose flour
1.5tsp baking powder
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups thick curd
1/2tsp baking soda
2tsp Vanilla essence
¾ cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup grated dark chocolate
1Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.
2Start with mixing butter and sugar. Beat for a minute and add curd followed by vanilla essence. Beat for another minute. Keep aside.
3Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
4Add all dry ingredients into liquid ones and mix well.
5Pour this mixture in a baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
6When done cool on a rack before cutting into pieces.
7Cooking tip: You can add walnuts if you wish to make a walnut brownie.
