Coconut Balls

A very simple recipe to prepare Coconut Balls.


3.5 oz of grated coconut

3.5 oz of sugar

1 egg

A dash of oil


Place the grated coconut in a bowl with the sugar and whisked egg. Knead with your hands and bind the pastry.

Shape the balls as even as possible. Oil a baking tray and place the balls on it. Bake them ad 360° F and remove the tray once they turn golden.
