Creamy Tomato Spaghetti Sauce

Creamy Tomato Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

 1 pound spaghetti
 1/2 pound ham (diced)
 1 onion (cut in semi-rings)
 1 cup cream
 2 teaspoons tomato paste
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1.7 oz (50 g) butter
 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
 1 teaspoon dry oregano
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Pour the olive oil into the hot skillet, put the onion, stir-fry for a couple of minutes.

Add the diced ham and cook together with the onion over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Stir in 2 teaspoons tomato paste and butter, mix it all thoroughly until the paste is all over the ham and the butter is fully melted, cook for 2 minutes more, then pour the cream stirring.

Season with salt, black pepper, oregano and garlic.

Leave the sauce over low heat for 3 minutes.
