Goat Cheese and Chorizo Rolls 0 0 5 0

My go-to goat cheese and chorizo rolls recipe.

Add to favorites:


8 oz. Goat cheese, fresh

1 c. Dry chorizo, chopped

1 1/2 tbsp. Chives, minced


9 sheets of thawed phyllo dough

Butter, melted

Ground black pepper, fresh


1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

3In a bowl, combine goat cheese, chives and chorizo.

4Season with pepper and salt.

5Lay a sheet of phyllo on dry work surface and brush it with melted butter.

6 Top with two more sheets, buttering each.

7 Cut layered phyllo into six rectangles.

8 Place one tbsp. of goat cheese filling at the base of each rectangle, roll it up and fold in the sides.

9 Repeat twice to make 18 rolls.

10Place rolls on the prepared baking sheets and brush them with butter.

11Bake for 10 minutes, or untll the rolls are golden. Serve hot.
