Indian Chicken Curry

Slow cooked Indian chicken and vegetable curry is a very easy recipe. All you need are eight ingredients and that’s it, you can have this mouth-savoring dish served for you and your family in just as easy as this.


4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts

curry powder (3 teaspoons)

1 quarter of onion

1 clove garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

2/3 cup of orange juice

2 pieces sweet potatoes (peeled and chopped)


Start by cutting the chicken breast like cutlets particularly in a half crosswise cut.

When cutting, remember that it is easier to cut them when the chicken is frozen.

Once they are cut into strips, arrange them in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Then it is time to add the sweet potatoes and onions.

You can now put the mixture of other ingredients over the chicken.

Then cook it in a low setting for four to six hours and serve.
