Mango Jam

 6 Alphonso mangoes
 28 oz. sugar
 2 limes

Peel and cut the mangoes into small pieces. Add sugar and cook mixture on a low flame.

When the mixture thickens a little, add lime juice and cook for another few minutes. Remove the jam from the flame.

Cool it and pour into a dry sterilized bottle.
