Great recipe if you are looking to prepare Pattice the Indian way. It is easy and the end results in delicious Pattice snacks.

Add to favorites:


9 oz. corn cobs

¼ cup milk

7 oz. potatoes

½ tsp. cinnamon-cloves powder

½ 1 tsp. sugar.

8 to 10 drops citric acid

½ tsp. garam masala

½ tsp. sesame seeds

3 to 4 green chillies

A small piece of ginger

2 tablespoons coconut

A few raisins

1 tablespoons finely chopped coriander

2 tsp. bread crumbs

1 tablespoons wheat flour(coarse)

Rice flour



1Grate and boil corn in a pressure cooker with milk. Remove corn seeds from the corn cob and boil them.

2Heat a little oil in the vessel, add cinnamon, cloves powder, grated and boiled corn pulp. When this mixture is thick add grated potatoes and corn seeds. Mix it properly.

3Remove it from the flame. Add all masalas, bread crumbs and wheat flour. Shape the mixture as desired. Roll in flour and fry it.
