For a fruity and delicious healthy alternative to crisps – you need to give this nutritious recipe a try. It’s really simple to make. It does take a while to get them super crispy in the oven, but it’s definitely worth the wait.

  • Yields: Serves 1

Ingredients

2 pears

1 tbsp. coconut oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 170C/340F.

Thinly slice the pears and drizzle the coconut oil over.

Bake in the oven for 1 and half hours, then flip the pear slices over and bake for another 1 and half hours.
