This healthy and delicious alcohol-free Pina Colada is so refreshing. It makes an amazing alternative to a regular Pina Colada using just fresh fruit and coconut milk – it tastes like sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

110g/4oz pineapple chunks

110g/4oz mango chunks

240ml/8.5fl oz coconut milk

2 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)

1 banana

Directions

1Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until thick, creamy and delicious.
