Ricotta Cheese Meatballs With Strawberry Sauce

With this recipe you will learn how to prepare Ricotta Cheese Meatballs With Strawberry Sauce.


1 lb of strawberries

1 tbsp of sugar

1.7 oz of cream

For the meatballs:

1 stick of vanilla

5 oz of ricotta cheese

3 tbsp of sugar

2 tbsp. of lemon juice

1 egg

1 yolk

1 oz of flour

2 tbsp. of breadcrumbs


Wash the strawberry, remove the ends and mash them with a fork. Mix them with the sugar and cream and store them in the fridge until you are ready to serve the dessert.

Cut the vanilla stick, remove the pulp and place it in a container. Add the ricotta cheese, lemon juice, yolk and flour. Mix everything with a spoon.

Add the breadcrumbs to get a molding paste. Form the balls with 2 spoons and place them in 2 microwave plates.

Place one in the microwave oven for 4 minutes. Then place the other and do the same. Distribute the meatballs among the dessert plates.

Stir the sauce in the fridge and serve it separately.
