Sabudana Vada

 4 cups sago
 2 cup ground nuts
 6 to 8 green chillies
 Raisins
 A medium piece of ginger
 Curds
 2 tsp. cloves and cinnamon powder
 2 tsp. sugar
 Oil
 Salt to taste

Wash and strain the sago. Roast, peel and powder groundnuts coarsely.

Mix all ingredients and make small balls.

Fry them in hot oil till they are crispy.
