Antipasto Platter Recipe

Ingredients

 3 (6.5 ounce) jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts, undrained
 1 (12 ounce) jar Roasted Red Peppers, drained and sliced length wise
 1 can large pitted Black Olives
 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
 Salt, to taste
 Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
 3 ounces Breadsticks
 3 ounces thinly sliced Prosciutto or thinly sliced cooked Ham

Directions

On a large decorative platter, arrange Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Peppers and Olives.

Drizzle evenly with olive oil and vinegar.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Wrap each breadstick with an equal amount of Prosciutto or cooked Ham; place on platter.
