Apple Cinnamon Pie Recipe

Ingredients

 4 cups pared, sliced Apples
 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
 1/2 cup Sugar
 1/3 cup Flour
 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
 3/4 cup chopped Walnuts, optional
 Pastry for a 9-inch Two Crust Pie

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Combine sliced apples, cranberries, brown sugar, sugar, flour, cinnamon and flour in medium mixing bowl.

Pour apple pie filling into pastry-lined glass pie plate.

Place top crust over pie filling. Seal and crimp edges with fingers.

Cut several small slits in top crust with sharp knife.

Bake 50 minutes or until golden brown. After 30 or 40 minutes, if edges begin to over brown, cover edge with foil.
