Ingredients
6 oz. of margarine
4.5 oz. of sugar
5 oz. of flour
3 eggs
Zest of one lemon
35 oz. of apples
Rum, cornstarch and yeast

Grease a cake pan with butter and bread crumbs.

Mix the margarine and the sugar. Next, add the eggs and stir well. When smooth add the flour, 2 oz. of cornstarch, a tablespoon of rum, the lemon zest and a tablespoon of yeast.

Pour in the pan. Peel the apples and cut in fourths. Place on top.

Bake for 40 minutes at medium heat.
