Besan Cheela Recipe

Ingredients

 1 cup besan
 3 tblsp rice flour
 3 tblsp roasted rawa
 1 cup finely chopped spinach leaves
 1 onion chopped
 2 green chilies chopped
 1 tblsp ginger chopped
 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
 1 tsp red chili
 1 tsp grounded cumin powder
 1 tsp haldi powder
 1 tsp baking soda
 Salt to taste
 Oil to cook

Directions

Add spinach in boiling water and let it rest for ten minutes. After ten minutes drain and keep aside.

Mix besan, rice flour and rawa in a large bowl. Now using water make a batter neither too thin nor too thick.

Add all the ingredients given above with spinach and mix well.

Add little water if required to get a good consistency.

Heat a non-stick pan and put 1tblsp oil on it. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread in circular motion.

Sprinkle some oil on sides and cook on medium flame.

Flip and cook from other side using a little oil.

When cooked well transfer into a plate and enjoy warm.
