Ingredients
1/4 cup Coach’s oats
1/4 cup regular oats
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup ricotta cheese, divided
Dash cinnamon
Toppings: chocolate chips, honey

The night before you want to eat these, cook the oats and water together in the microwave or stovetop until most of the water is absorbed.

Let the oats cool and stir in 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese and cinnamon. Cover and pop in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, heat the oats again (if desired) and top with the remaining ricotta, chocolate chips, and honey.
