Chicken Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

For Basic Burger
 Ground Chicken: 1 Pound (grounded)
 Carrot: 1 (grated)
 Green onions: 2 (minced)
 Garlic: 1 clove (crushed)
 Hamburger Buns: 4
For Teriyaki Chicken Burger
 Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoon
 Seasoned rice vinegar: 1 tablespoon
 Grated Ginger: 2 teaspoon
 Sesame Oil
For Barbecue Chicken Burger
 Chilly Sauce: 2 tablespoon
 Molasses: 1 tablespoon
 Hot Pepper Sauce: 2 teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce: 2 teaspoon
 Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
 Herb Chicken Burger
Chopped Fresh Dill: 2 tablespoon
 Dried Mint: 1 tablespoon
 Fresh Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
 Ground Cumin:1 teaspoon
 Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
 Ground Red Pepper: 1/8 teaspoon

Directions

For Basic Burger

Prepare a basic burger by mixing Ground Chicken, grated carrot, minced green onions, and crushed garlic well in a bowl.

For Teriyaki Burger

add Soy Sauce, Seasoned rice vinegar, Grated Ginger and Sesame Oil to basic burger mixture and mix them thoroughly.

For Barbecue Burger

add Chilly Sauce, Molasses, Hot Pepper Sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Salt to basic burger mixture and mix them thoroughly.

For Herb Burger

add Chopped Fresh Dill, Dried Mint, Fresh Lemon Juice, Ground Cumin, Salt and Ground Red Pepper to basic burger mixture and mix them thoroughly.

Shape chicken mixture into four 3 1/2-inch round patties and place them on a wax paper.

Cook the patties for about 12 minutes on the grill over medium heat or until juices run clear when center of burger is pierced with tip of knife,turning over once.

Warm the hamburger buns on grill and place the burgers on warmed buns. Serve them with lettuce leaves, green onions and cucumber slices if you like.
