Put the chicken drumsticks in a big pan with 0.5 boiling water and let them boil on a slow heat for 50 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring the rest of water to boil in a small pan.
Send the noodles into the boiling water just for 1 minute no more.
Take out, drain, set aside in the covered pan.
Peel the onion and drop it into the boiling chicken broth.
Peel and chop the potato, send to the broth as well.
Add the herbs, bay leaf and salt to taste.
Keep the broth boiling with all the ingredients for 10 minutes more.
Remove from the heat.
Pour the soup into deep plates and add the noodles to taste.
