In a bowl blend oil, five spice powder, soy sauce, ginger and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Stir in green onions. Put chicken tenders in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Take the chicken tenders out of the marinade and drain, reserving the marinade.
Once well drained, put the chicken tenders in a dish and bake until tender and brown. Bast occasionally with marinade.
