Cut the boneless chicken into small bit-size.
Cook chicken in small amount of oil.
Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and open the cans.
Add carrots, onion, garlic, cream of chicken soup, 6 cups of water, oregano, basil and bite-size pieces of chicken into a large kettle.
Simmer the other ingredients for an hour or however long you like.
Make sure you tortellini and frozen broccoli at the end or 10 minutes before so that it is not overcooked.
You can garnish the soup with freshly grated Italian cheese and a loaf of Italian or French bread.
