Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

 6 Chicken wings
 1 Small clove garlic
 1 Scallion
 1/4 cup Soy sauce
 2 tablespoons Honey
 2 teaspoons Rice-wine vinegar
 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, grated
 1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
 Pinch of cayenne
 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander or parsley, chopped

Directions

Remove wing tips and cut them in half at joint. Mince scallion and garlic.

In a microwave safe dish combine honey, soy sauce, ginger, oil, vinegar, garlic and cayenne. Add wings and turn to coat.

Let the chicken wings marinate for 1/2 hour, while turning them twice.

Cover with plastic and vent. Microwave the marinated chicken wings on high for 5 minutes and rotate the plate; cook for 5 minutes longer.

Put wings to a serving plate. Partially cover marinade and return it to microwave, and let it cook for 2 minutes on high.

Pour the cooked marinade over wings and turn to coat.

Sprinkle with scallion, sesame seeds and parsley or coriander.
