Chinese Cashew Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

 Boneless chicken (Diced): 1/2 pounds (250 gram)
 Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoon
 Cooking wine (sherry): 1-2 teaspoon
 Cooking Oil: 4 table spoon
 Cashews: 1/2 cup
 Carrot (Diced): 1/2 cup
 Celery (diced): 1/2 cup
 Sugar: 1 tablespoon
 Oyster sauce: 1 1/2 tablespoon
 Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
 Chicken broth: 3 tablespoon
 Baby corns: 1/2 cup (optional)
 Water chestnuts: 1/2 (optional)

Directions

In a bowl, marinate chicken with soy sauce, cooking wine and a pinch of salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in skillet to medium high, put marinated chicken and fry it for 3 minutes or until done.

Heat some cooking oil in another skillet and put cashews, diced Carrot and diced Celery and cook them on medium low heat for 1 minute.

After this add chicken, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and chicken broth. Cook them for nearly half minute on medium heat and its done.
