Chocolate Peda Recipe

Ingredients

 4 cups khoya
 1 cup sugar
 ½ cup water
 ¾ cup grated chocolate
 1 tsp honey

Directions

Simply fry khoya on low flame. Fry it till you get a golden color and keep aside to cool.

Make sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar on medium flame. It should have one string consistency.

Once the syrup is made add honey to it and mix well.

Now melt chocolate using the microwave.

Now in a large bowl combine khoya, sugar syrup and melted chocolate. Do not put whole syrup in one go. See when you can form pedas and stop at that very moment.

Make round or slightly pressed pedas using this mixture and store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
