Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Sweetener to taste

Combine oats and 1 cup milk and 1 cup water. Microwave for 2 minutes; stop and stir. Microwave for another 2 minutes; stop and stir. Microwave for 5 minutes; stop, stir and let cool for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, stir, and microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Stir in cocoa powder and sweetener and pop it in the fridge overnight.
