Ingredients
Chorizo ( two links) diced
6 oz. of cream cheese
1/4 cup of smoked almonds
Olives
Flour for dredging
Egg wash
Panko bread crumbs
2 cups of vegitable oil for frying
Directions

Combine chorizo, cream cheese, and almonds in a food processor til it's smooth.

Put filling in a zip lock bag and cut off the very top.

Fill the olives.

Roll filled olives in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Heat oil to 350F, while working in batches fry the olives till they are golden brown in color ( about 1 minute).

Place on paper towel to drain off excess oil.
