Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
2/3 cup cilantro (loosely packed)
1/3 cup of chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 jalapeno
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp oil
Add an extra jalapeno, or spices, if desired.

Cook rice as per package directions.

Place all the ingredients, excluding the rice, into a blender.

Blend well.

When ready, place rice into a serving dish.

Top with cilantro mixture, and stir contents together.
