Gnocchi in a Simple Butter Parsley Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 1/2 Gnocchi recipe
 3 – 4 tbsp butter, sweet or salted
 1 garlic clove, finely chopped, optional
 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
 1 – 2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Directions

In a large non-stick frying pan, melt butter over high heat, until melted or lightly browned.

Add in the Gnocchi and cook for 30 – 50 seconds to reheat the Gnocchi.

Remove from heat and add in the parsley and cheese.
