Halloween Mini Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 15 ounce can of pumpkin
1 box of cake mix (white, chocolate, or spice)
 1/2 - 3/4 bag of chocolate chips

Directions

1

The first thing you are going to want to do is to start preheating your oven. Put it on 350 degrees Fahrenheit and proceed to the next step.

2

While the oven is preheating mix the cake mix you bought with the canned pumpkin. Then add the chocolate chips into the mix as well. We suggested you use half or three quarters of the bag depending on how big of a bag you buy. Basically add enough to make you feel happy.

3

Get out your muffin trays and begin spooning the mix into your trays. You can fill them pretty much to the top because they do not rise very much. We do suggest however that you stick with mini trays. When we tried this recipe with full sized muffin trays it did not turn out well.

4

Bake the muffins for 8 to 10 minutes. You can use the toothpick trick to determine when they are finished as well. You're done! That's one easy Halloween recipe right there!

5

Keep in mind that there are many different ways to make these muffins and you don't have to add chocolate chips. You can replace them with another secondary ingredient or even just leave them out if that is your preference. Post pictures below of the muffins you make! Happy Halloween!
