Honey Roasted Potatoes With Vinegar Kale Chips Recipe

Ingredients

 1 large potato, scrubbed and cut into wedges
 1 tablespoon honey
 1 tablespoon rosemary
 2 teaspoons cinnamon
 1 bunch kale, washed, stemmed and chopped
 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
 Sprinkle of sea salt

Spray a baking sheet and add the potatoes and kale. Drizzle the potatoes with the honey and sprinkle with rosemary and cinnamon.

Drizzle the kale with the vinegar and massage a bit to fully coat. Sprinkle the kale with sea salt.

Roast at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Your kale may be done before your potatoes, so if they are, plate them and let the potatoes finish cooking.
