Lemon Blueberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients

 2 cups blueberries
 1/2 cup sweetener
 Juice of one lemon

Directions

In a large saucepan, mash your blueberries until they’re mushy. Add your sweetener and lemon juice and stir to combine.

Cook over low heat until the sweetener is dissolved. Raise the heat to high and cook until a rolling boil.

Stir frequently.

Cook the blueberries until they’ve reached 220 degrees Fahrenheit.
