Mango Chutney Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

 3/4 Cup Mango Chutney
 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon juice
 1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil
 1 Teaspoon Honey
 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint, chopped
 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
 Soy Sauce, to taste
 Lemon Zest, to taste

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and puree until smooth.

Taste and adjust the seasonings.

Stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Stir or shake well just before using.
