Maple Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

 3 cups of maple syrup.
 1 cup of milk.
 ½ cup of chopped nuts.

Directions

In a heavy saucepan, boil the maple syrup and milk to the soft ball stage (about 236°F or 114°C).

Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Beat the mixture until it is creamy.

Add the chopped nuts.

Pour the mixture into an eight-inch buttered square pan.

Allow to cool until the fudge is firm; then cut into pieces.
