Mexican Falafels Recipe

Ingredients

 1 can black beans, drained
 1 onion, chopped
 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped and stems removed
 1 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 clove garlic would work)
 1 tsp. orange juice
 2 tbsp. whole wheat flour

Directions

Mash the beans until they are only a little chunky.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.

Form into patties and lay on a baking sheet coated with baking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until slightly crispy.
