Mini Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

 4 c. flour
 1 tbsp. olive oil
 3/4 tsp. salt
 1 1/2 tbsp. active dry yeast
 1 1/2 c. warm water
Topping Ingredients:
 mushrooms
 pineapple
 salami
 onions
 sliced pepperoni
 ham
 grated mozzarella cheese
 tomato paste
 Add whatever you like

Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it stand 5 min. Then add the rest of ingredients and stir well.

Knead for 7-8 min. and place it in greased bowl. Let it rise for 1 1/2 hours. When the dough is ready, shape it into mini pizzas.

Freeze on cookie sheet. When its ready to serve, take out of freezer and place it on baking sheet that has been lightly oiled and sprinkled with cornmeal. Let thaw.

Sprinkle a little bit of mozzarella on each pizza, spread with tomato paste, add whatever toppings and top with mozzarella. Bake at 400F for 15-20 min.
