Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.
Take a large bowl and add flour, sugar and chopped butter. Now mix this with your hands and make crumbs.
Mix well so there should be no corner of flour without butter or sugar. All should be mixed well.
Now in a baking pan put chopped pears and spread. On top of this spread banana and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and almonds.
Spread flour mixture on top of this covering all pieces and corners carefully.
Bake for 30-35 minutes till you see brown colour of your flour mixture.
You can taste some flour with a spoon before taking out from oven. It should not taste uncooked it should be cooked well.
Cut into pieces and enjoy with ice-cream or custard around.
Cooking tip: As this is a crumble do not expect very sharp cut pieces and you can also transfer crumble into tea mugs and serve with caramel sauce on top.
