After straining 1 table spoon cream to remove any left over milk add ½ table spoon icing sugar and 1 table spoon drinking chocolate and beat it well.
Mix 2 table spoon margarine, 1 ½ table spoon drinking chocolate powder and 2 ½ table spoon icing sugar properly.
After adding 1 tablespoon of coffee to ½ cup of water boil, strain and cool it then dip the biscuits in the coffee until they lose their crispness.
Place 6 softened biscuits near each other in a greased dish.
Spread half of the cream mixture over 6 biscuits spread a layer of jam over it.
Again place a layer of softened biscuits.
Spread the remaining half of the cream mixture over it.
Again place a layer of softened biscuits.
Spread the butter mixture all over the biscuits. Decorate with walnuts.
If you like your cake to be sweet then use glucose biscuits otherwise use Marie biscuits.
