Solomon’s Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients

 3 med. sweet potatoes
 3 eggs, whisked
 2 T. butter, melted and cooled
 dash nutmeg
 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
 3/4 c. brown sugar
 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
 Deep dish pie shell

Directions

Parbake crust in oven at 400F. degrees for 7 minutes.

Cool.

Bake sweet potatoes.

Cool, peel and mash.

Place all ingredients in bowl and combine.

Pour into prebaked pie shell.

Bake at 350F. degrees for 40 minutes.

Cool completely and refrigerate overnight.
