On hard surface or using marble hand mill grinder crush cumin seeds, coriander seeds, clove and fennel seeds.
Heat oil in a pan and add the grounded masala. Now add tomatoes, green chili and ginger paste.
Cook for 7-8 minutes until and add salt, red chili powder with kasoori methi.
Put potatoes and peas in this mixture and add water as per the consistency you want. The vegetables should at least be covered with water as they will be cooked for 15 minutes on medium flame.
After 15 minutes when all the spices are absorbed in vegetables turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy hot with puri or rice.
