Spinach Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

For crepes
 1 cup wheat flour
 ½ cup all-purpose flour
 1.5 cups milk
 1 cup spinach puree
 Salt to taste
For filling
 1 cup chopped mushrooms
 1 cup paneer cubes
 Black pepper powder
 2tblsp chopped parsley
 Salt to taste
 Oil to cook

Directions

Mix wheat flour, all-purpose flour and add spinach puree. Using milk make a batter neither too runny nor too thick for making crepes. Add salt, mix well and keep aside.

For stuffing heat oil in a pan and add chopped mushrooms and paneer cubes. Cook till soft for around 5-7 minutes. Mix in salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

Keep filling aside to cool.

Now with the batter make crepes as we make pancakes. Pour a ladle of batter and cook from both side using oil.

Once done put some filling in the center of the crepe and roll it or fold it. Press it and transfer into a plate.
