Sun-dried Tomato Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

 4 cloves garlic
 1 teaspoon salt
 3 tablespoons tahini paste
 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
 2 15.5 oz. cans of chickpeas or garbanzo beans (drained)
 1/2 cup olive oil
 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained

Directions

Put the garlic, salt, tahini paste and lemon juice into a food processor, and process until smooth. Add the chickpeas and olive oil, process until smooth again. Finally, add the sun-dried tomatoes and blend again.

Put it in some sort of dish and serve.

You can also let it sit in the refrigerator. It can sit for a few days, and the flavors will get better and better each day.
